It is 15ks outside of Kaikohe
This place is special to me because this is where all my family is.
When i travel from Wellington to Rerepouri we go to Te Ngaere beach and have a swim. We celebrate Christmas and New Years eve by having a family midnight dinner every year.
I like to come up north to catch up with my brothers and sisters. All my sisters and brothers go into one room and play on our phones. Because we don't have internet at my Nana-Ma and Papa Dears house we always use our phones. I try to ask my mum for her hotspot. Rerepouri is our family gathering spot. When my Nana-Ma tells us to get off our phones, we go outside on the farm to ride the quads, motorbikes and play sports. Sometimes we go to the creek to have a swim. When we do we always have bbqs. My uncle made the bbq out of bricks and a big plate. My favorite memory of the farm is going down to the creak and having a swim.
